Workmanship Warranty

All electrical work performed by Power Amp Electrical is covered by our workmanship warranty. If any issues arise from our installation or repair work, we'll rectify it at no additional cost.

Product Warranties

Products we install carry their manufacturer's warranty:

  • LED Lighting: Typically 3-5 years manufacturer warranty
  • Switchboards: Up to 10 years on major components
  • EV Chargers: 2-5 years depending on brand
  • Ceiling Fans: 3-10 years depending on model

Warranty Conditions

  • Equipment must be used according to manufacturer guidelines
  • No unauthorized modifications to our work
  • Regular maintenance as recommended
  • Damage from external factors (storms, pests) is excluded

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim:

  2. Provide your job reference number and describe the issue
  3. We'll arrange an inspection within 2-5 business days
  4. Valid claims are rectified at no cost
